The Spotlight Room celebrates creativity on the Central Coast. This special little exhibition space is accessible and open to everyone, allowing local artists with a diverse range of backgrounds and skillsets to present their work to the community.

How It Works

Click on the link below to fill out an expression of interest form and let us know about you and your work.

We’ll get in touch to get the ball rolling, have a chat, and let you know which months are available to you.

You’ll pay the $150 booking fee, sign an exhibition contract with us that outlines important things like terms and conditions and gallery commission, and we’ll book you in for your spot.

You can start promoting your exhibition, and planning an opening event, and maybe an artist talk! We’ll help with promotion through our website, newsletter and social channels. You’ll be responsible for creating and funding all other promotional materials or campaigns. Where possible, we’ll make the space available for any events you’d like to hold, but planning and funding them will be up to you.

You’re responsible for hanging and breaking down your exhibition. We’ll help where we can, and will make our hanging system available to you.

You may want to hold an opening event, and invite friends, family, and the wider community. We’ll work with you to make the space available to you for this. Planning, promoting and funding the event is up to you. Each exhibition will run for three weeks.
