Jennifer reid

I am drawn to experimentation with form and medium. In practice this means I work across a variety of 2D disciplines both independently and in combination, exploring a dialogue between representation and abstraction.

Subjects range from natural and built environments to human, animal and still life. My work is about transposing observation onto a surface of active marks and colour, celebrating the process as much as the outcome.
